One of the key workstreams of the WECA SPP Business Plan is to establish a pipeline of housing opportunities across the region ('the pipeline') to inform the potential scale of housing delivery across the WECA geography. Homes England commenced this work 'in-house' shortly after the SPP was signed with input from each of the UAs and an initial draft (in an Excel spreadsheet format) is complete.
