St. Olavs Hospital HF, c/o the Women's Clinic would like to procure an embryo scope+. The intention is to enter into a contract with Vitrolife Sweden AB. The contract will not be signed before 20.09.2023. Lot 1: St. Olavs Hospital HF, c/o the Women's Clinic would like to procure an embryo scope+. The department currently has 2 embryo scope+ from Vitrolife, one of which must be replaced due to its age. It would not be very appropriate, both operationally and financially, to procure an instrument from another supplier. After reviewing the need and the market, we are of the opinion that there is only one relevant supplier (Vitrolife). We are therefore choosing to make the procurement through a voluntary ex-ante transparency notice. Refer to § 13-4 - b . § 13-4. Terms for procurements without a contest. The contracting authority can make a procurement without a contest if b) the procurement concerns services that only one specific supplier can provide as 2. competition is impossible due to technical reasons.
