Description
The purpose of the procurement is to procure 2 mobile surgical tables for the Surgical Department at Helse Stavanger HF. An option is to be offered for a further 4 mobile surgical tables. An option is also to be offered for service, cf. Annex 4 - Overview of Service Levels, and an option for a service course for two persons with a duration for as long as the equipment is in use. In addition an option is wanted for accessories that are compatible with the offered surgical tables. See Annex 2 - Requirements Specification and Annex 1 - Price Sheet for further details on what is requested. Lot 1: The purpose of the procurement is to procure 2 mobile surgical tables for the Surgical Department at Helse Stavanger HF. The mobile surgical tables will be used at Operasjon Øst and at the day surgery unit at Hillevåg. The surgical tables must be delivered complete with leg plates, head support, remote control, and a tempur mattress or equivalent, and in accordance with Annex 2 - Requirements Specification. An option is to be offered for a further 4 mobile surgical tables. The options will be valid for 4 years. The four optional mobile surgical tables are not intended for specific units/departments, but can be procured for use in any unit/department at Helse Stavanger HF. Whether these options are taken up will depend on what is taken to the new hospital (New SUS) and how large the need is for supplementary procurements for the existing hospital at Våland. It can also be necessary to replace the existing old surgical tables in the next 4 years. The options also depend on budget grants. An option is also to be offered for service, cf. Annex 4 - Overview of Service Levels, and an option for a service course for two persons with a duration for as long as the equipment is in use. In addition an option is wanted for accessories that are compatible with the offered surgical tables, such as knee/elbow aggregate for back operations, carbon tops, and special head supports for ENT surgery, as well as an option for pillows and alternative mattress thicknesses if these can be offered. The options for accessories will depend on future budget resources and needs in each unit/department. Options for compatible accessories will have a duration for as long as the equipment is in use. All the options can be price adjusted in accordance with the Procurement Contract, point 6.2. See Annex 2 - Requirements Specification and Annex 1 - Price Sheet for further details on what is requested.
