Description
Lot 1: Lieferung, Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb eines CUPPS (Common Use Passenger Processing System) gemäß IATA RP 1797, sowie Self-Service Equipment (SSE) für Check-in und Gepäckaufgabe, jedoch ohne LAN Komponenten. Installationsort sind das Terminal 2 sowie das dazugehörige Satellitenterminal am Flughafen München. Das neue System löst die Bestandsinstallation ab. Der Betrieb ist im Rahmen eines Vollinstandhaltungsvertrages mit 24x7 Verfügbarkeit sicherzustellen. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist ein modularer Aufbau, flexible Strukturen, eine geprüfte Plattform, Support für alle im T2-SAT System tätigen Airlines, IT-Support Organisation mit Helpdesk, Wartung, Site Administration und eine KRITIS konforme IT Sicherheitskonzeption
