IÉ is seeking to engage external support for management and support services to administer the TMS NEC 3 Option C target cost contract. While the consultancy will provide project support services necessary to deliver this requirement. It is envisaged that the team will require expertise in the following disciplines: — Project Management of the NEC3 Option C target cost contract, — Programme Management & Planning Scheduling, — Contract/Commercial management/Quantity Surveying, — Change Control Management, — Project Accounts, budgeting & cost control, — Risk Management, — Design Management & Co-ordination, — Collaborative Working Relationship facilitator, — Admin staff - Document Control.
