Fingal County Council, as the lead Authority, intends to invite submissions from economic operators with the expertise and capability relating to the above. It is envisaged that when the Framework is established with the awarding of an initial contract, Fingal County Council, Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council and Dun-Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, individually or collectively, expects to award a series of draw down contracts over the lifetime of the Framework subject to funding and requirements. The potential value of the framework is estimated to be in region of €4,000,000 and may exceed four years duration.
