Oslo municipality, c/o the Gamle Oslo District, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for Basic service for Ensjøtunet Omsorg +. Ensjøtunet Omsorg+ is a concept with co-located flats with service and 24/7 staffing. The service area includes a reception area, an activity centre with a cafeteria, premises for service providers and a personnel base for home care services. The service must provide security, promote health, stimulate to activities, social gathering and inspire voluntary contributions. Basic services will be offered at Ensjøtunet Omsorg+. The basic services include landlord services, activity centre, canteen operation and other service functions. The contract period is 4 years with an option for 2 years + 2 years + 2 years.
