In a Dynamic Purchasing System, suppliers will be able to continuously apply for inclusion as qualified suppliers during the entire period of the purchasing system. Purchase of isolators are published as separate contests in the purchasing system. All qualified suppliers in the Dynamic Purchasing System will then be notified and have the opportunity to submit tenders for the published contests. Each contest shall then contain specific tender documentation. Separate purchase contracts will be entered into for each purchase. The purchasing system includes the purchase of isolators, accessories and consumables thereof. Each purchase will also include establishment services from the supplier (transport, installation, testing, documentation).
