Contract for system support for the case processing process in the Educational-Psychological Service (Norwegian: PP-tjenesten)

Description

Drammen municipality intends to enter into an agreement with Visma Enterprise AS for the provision of continuing system support for the case processing process for the Educational-Psychological Service (Norwegian: PP-tjenesten). Lot 1: The Educational-Psychological Service in Drammen municipality needs to be able to efficiently carry out referral processes, case processing, documentation, and filing and therefore needs a professional system that supports these tasks. The system must: - Be delivered as a service, where the provider has all responsibility for the operation of the solution, in accordance with an SLA (Service Level Agreement). - Have integration with one of the municipality's archive cores (P360 and VSA) - Fulfil legal requirements for information security, including incorporated privacy by default setting, - Authentication against the municipality's Azure AD The municipality has examined the market and has, among other things, invited providers to a market dialogue where 4 providers participated. Of the 4 providers, only one could deliver a SaaS system with linking to one of the municipality's archive cores, as well as authentication against the municipality's Azure AD. The municipality has therefore considered that only one provider in the market can provide the system in accordance with the requirements that the municipality has for the professional system.
