To undertake a full victims needs assessment, engaging with a range of partners and stakeholder organisations, and preparing a full report before the end of March 2026, in accordance with the MoJ grant conditions, which is being used to fund the work. Approval has been received from MOJ for funding this work, and a scoping paper/outline proposal has been discussed and prepared by Tonic.
