Additional MRF Sorting Line with Optical Sorting

LAS Recycling Ltd is seeking quotations for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a plastic sorting line for integration into its existing Materials Recovery Facility in Lampeter, Ceredigion, SA48 8LT. The line should use optical sorting technology to recover recyclable plastics from mixed waste at a target throughput of approximately 10 tonnes per hour. Quotations should cover the complete operational system, including sorting equipment, conveyors and controls. New, used and refurbished equipment will be considered. Suppliers should provide their proposed configuration, sortable materials, throughput, expected recovery and purity, delivery and installation timescales, warranty, technical support, relevant MRF experience and a fully itemised price.
