L'objet du présent marché est l'acquisition et la maintenance d'un outil d'APM (Application performance management) pour EDF, permettant de mesurer la performance applicative des systèmes d'information, d'accélérer la détection, le diagnostic et la résolution en cas d'incident, et de mettre en place les pré-requis techniques vers l'automatisation applicative et l'AI-OPS. L'objet du présent marché est l'acquisition et la maintenance d'un outil d'APM (Application performance management) pour EDF. Les volumes estimés en acquisition d'agents de supervision sont les suivants: — année 2020 : 1000 agents, — année 2021 : 1200 agents, — année 2022 : 200 agents, — année 2023 : 100 agents. Pas d'acquisition prévue sur les années suivantes.
