Provision of an externally hosted fleet management software solution and associated services including but not limited to the following supply, implementation, migration, hosting, support and maintenance and training. Lot 1: Hampshire County Council wishes to purchase and implement a dedicated, externally hosted fleet management software solution for Hampshire Transport Management (HTM). HTM is the in-house supplier of vehicles to the council, local schools and wider community such as charities and council employees. The Service should include (but not limited to) the following: implementation and configuration including migration of the current database, hosting, maintenance and support services, training services, project management and consultancy as required. HTM asset manages items of equipment and plant for the council (countryside, parks) It also services and arranges vehicles for local schools. The council is responsible for 474 maintained schools 52 academy schools and supports local community initiatives with transport needs. HTM have circa 60 staff who provide the hire desk for short term hires, 5 (five) workshops which carry out vehicle services of which 2 workshops carry out MOT’s, HTM also provide fuel card management and fuel supply, car leasing, and a corporate car share scheme.
