Bridgewater Housing Association - Four Year Contract for Gutter Cleaning and Roof Inspection Services

Description

The Four Year Measured Term Contract will involve gutter cleaning maintenance and roof inspection services throughout Renfrewshire including roof condition inspection reports. Lot 1: Bridgewater Housing Association are seeking to establish a Four Year Measured Term Contract for gutter cleaning and roof inspection services with a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor. The Contract is intended to commence in November 2022 and will operate for four years at an estimated annual cost of 46863 GBP excluding VAT. Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contract, the duration of the Contract may be extended by twelve months up to a maximum term of five years from the date of commencement.
