Laboratory services

Description

The GVD-programme (Good Water in the Drammen Region), henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of laboratory services, including analyses, reporting, consultancy services and stand-by. The municipalities and enterprises included in the contract shall enter into separate contracts with the service provider. The contract includes all samples that are further described in Annex 5; the requirement specification. The GVD-programme (Good Water in the Drammen Region) includes 9 municipalities as well as the Glitre and Blindevannverket Intermunicipal Enterprises. The municipalities and enterprises included in the contract shall enter into separate contracts with the service provider. Invoices for provided services shall be submitted to the separate Contracting Authority. The service is further described in Annex 5; the requirement specification. The contract includes all samples that are further described in Annex 6 A-C and grouped in the price sheet Annex 7. The Contracting Authorities regularly assess their sampling programmes. This may result in the number of samples for each Contracting Authority decreases/increases. The contracting authority must therefore have the possibility of adjusting the stated number of samples in accordance with the at any given time prevailing sampling programmes. Based on previous experience the number varies with approx. +/-20 % per annum. The analysis matrices are not exhaustive and other analyses must be priced in accordance with equivalent price calculations for comparable analyses.
