Description

Connected (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing and Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a 2 lot contractor framework for their upcoming 4-year development programme. The estimated value of this framework is GBP 300 m (c.GBP 200 m of this value will be attributed to connected's projects and c.GBP 100 m to additional framework users (see VI.3). Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes. Connected produce new homes using a variety of procurement routes including works contracts, development agreements and joint ventures. suppliers can only apply to one lot on this framework. Connected was seeking to procure a contractor framework, to include one lot (lot 1) for projects GBP 4 500 000 up to GBP 12 000 000 in value, to support their upcoming 4-year development programme. The value of this framework is c.GBP 300 000 000. c.GBP 200 000 000 of this value will be attributed to connected's projects and c.GBP 100 000 000 to additional framework users (specifically, but not limited to, the L12 as noted in Section VI.3) additional information). Suppliers could only apply to one lot on this framework. Connected was seeking to procure a contractor framework, to include one lot (lot 2) for projects GBP 10 000 000+ GBP in value, to support their upcoming 4 year development programme. The value of this framework is c.GBP 300 000 000. c.GBP 200 000 000 of this value will be attributed to connected's projects and c.GBP 100 000 000 to additional framework users (specifically, but not limited to, the L12 as noted in Section VI.3) Additional information).
