Description

The Council wishes to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of a passenger transport service using a vehicle of no more than eight (8) seats.<br /><br />Having entered into the DPS Agreement, the Council may request services from the Operator, at which point the Council will enter into a separate Service Contract in accordance with this DPS Agreement. Each Service Contract will incorporate the terms and conditions of this DPS Agreement.<br /><br />Further information regarding this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) can be found within the Invitation to Tender Document Set.
