Description
This requirement is for the supply of software, licencing, installation, configuration and training staff in the use of a new ICS and also to provide support and maintenance for the system. Once purchased, the ICS will be the property of CED DoF and used in accordance with the licensing agreement. The solution must be capable of being managed by CED staff and must not require 3rd party personnel to manage it on a daily basis. Please see documented entitled “ID 4318466 – Specification Schedule” for further details of the requirement.
