Description

The University seek to award a Framework Agreement to consultants by ‘Lot’, who can demonstrate the experience, technical ability and reliability coupled with cost effective pricing to allow the provision of integrated project teams to deliver streams of investment within the University. External Service Providers will be expected to work as an outsourced extension to the Estates Services team and in a partnering ethos with Contractors and project stakeholders. Project team member appointments will be on an individual basis to the University and an integrated design team will be formed for each project. The anticipated total ‘net construction value’ of the projects that will be delivered by the Framework over the full four year period is GBP 70 — 100 million. This figure is estimated based upon anticipated projects with a high degree of probability and an estimate of additional projects that are likely to arise during the term of the framework based upon historical activity.
