Call for Tender for Services for the provision of an analysis on the resilience of the seafood sector

Description

BIM wishes to invite tenders for the provision of an analysis of the resilience of the seafood sector. The primary purpose of this tender is to create a roadmap of actions that can be taken in the event of future shocks. A number of domains will be created that appropriately categorise all the different kinds of shocks that have impacted the seafood sector over time. For each domain all actions historically taken in response will be listed and graded according to their effectiveness. The data required here will be sourced from existing data sources available publicly or accessible by BIM and through stakeholder consultation from key actors involved from the fishing, aquaculture and fish processing sectors.
