Establishment of a Single Party framework agreement for provision of services for a new content management system (CMS) for the HRB website; associated design changes to the front end of the website; project management; ongoing website support, development, maintenance and training; and assistance with procuring a fully-managed hosting service. There are five elements as outlined below and the successful Tenderer must be capable of providing all five elements. Furthermore, comprehensive details of requirements will be provided at stage 2 of the process. 1. Provision of a new CMS for the HRB website 2. Associated design changes to the front end of the website 3. Project management 4. Ongoing website support, development, maintenance and training 5.
