DCCS HRA Lift Maintenance

Description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of City of London Housing Lift Maintenance Services, to provide regular servicing in line with regulations and legislation, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive maintenance including lift breakdowns and passenger entrapments. This includes both in hours, and out of hours requirements with strict SLAs and KPIs on priority and time limits. The duration of the contract for each lot is three (3) years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to two (2) years in two (2) 12-month increments. The maximum length of the contract is therefore five (5) years.
