Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust are looking to appoint a supplier to provide quantitative data to explore the Welsh public's knowledge, attitudes and behaviour in responding to an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) for their Save a life Cymru (SaLC) programme through an Omnibus Survey. The tender will be awarded based on 10% cost & 90% quality as detailed in the ITQ document.
