The objective of the contract is to cover the VY group's requirement for group life insurance service for employees. The VY group's Norwegian employees (excluding bus transport activities and older employees in a closed pension scheme in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund) are currently insured under an agreement on group life insurance that expires on 31.12.2021. The group's employees include several legal entities. The contract applies to the insurance period 1.1.2022 - 31.12.2022. The Vy group shall have the opportunity for annual renewal of the agreement with the provider who is selected until 31.12.2025.
