Multi Supplier Panel For the Provision of Dental Extractions for Children Under General Anaesthesia

The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to submit tenders for the Provision of Dental Extractions for Children Under General Anaesthesia. The initial requirement is for CHO’s 6, 7, 8, and 9. The HSE’s preference is for providers located in or near these geographical areas for the convenience of patients and their families and in order to maximise reduction in waiting lists. The Competition will consist of the following Lots: • Lot 1: Emergency extractions under general anaesthesia within one [1] week of requirement being notified. • Lot 2: Extractions under general anaesthesia within two [2] to six [6] weeks of requirement being notified. The precise services required under each Lot are as follows: • Extraction of 1 to 8 teeth or part thereof • Extraction of 9 or more teeth or part thereof • Complex dental extraction of a tooth/teeth including suturing under general anaesthetic Hospitals located in or near the geographical areas listed above are requested to quote for these three services for each Lot. The services must be provided in hospital/tertiary settings and it is mandatory that tenderers must be in a position to supply all three services in the case of each Lot. Tenderers may apply for one or both Lots and are encouraged to apply for both Lots.
