River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to supply and fit uPVC Window & Doors, to properties in Inverclyde. Lot 1: River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to Supply & Fit uPVC Window & Doors. For Ad-hoc requirements, the windows/doors must be manufactured and installed within 20 working days of instruction. For planned ‘Full House’ window / door supply and fit, the preferred bidder will provide a plan for the works to be agreed with the relevant lead officer on the project. After the initial instruction from RCH it will be the bidder’s responsibility to contact the tenant to arrange access to the property. The technical specification that the windows and doors require to adhere to are provided within Appendix E ‘Technical Specification’. The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. River Clyde Homes may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 3, 12-month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderers. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
