Technical Assistance to COFIDE Framework Loan – Project Manager

Description

The overall objective of this TA is to support COFIDE and counterparties in the project management and optimal implementation. The selected consultant (project manager) will lead the day-to-day management of the LAIF component, including sectorial (sustainable infrastructure - energy) advice, coordination between business units of COFIDE, development and monitor LAIF’s activities, support to the procurement of dedicated advisory (consultancy) and contracting (EPC contracts) services, supervision, budget administration, representation and policy.
