CS6101 Bow School Roof replacement

Description

Renewal of complete roofing system at theatre and well roofs are required at Bow School. The existing roofs included in the 2026 capital programme have experienced significant leaks, mainly identified around weak/ failed membranes and gutters. There have been several leak repairs undertaken over the recent years and it has become problematic and uneconomical to continue repairing the roofs. This will be procured via the LHC Roofing Systems and Associated Works (RS5) framework, using the framework call-off procedures for a Direct Award. The Roofing Systems and Associated Works (RS5) framework allows public sector clients to source pre-approved contractors and manufacturers for the design, installation, and associated works of traditional and modern roofing systems. RS5 delivers complete roofing systems that meet health, safety, and environmental requirements and ensures waterproofing, longevity, and compliance with modern safety and environmental standards.
