Description
The scheme was tendered through the C&V in-house 2nd Generation Mechanical Framework, the highest scoring bidder was successful. The evaluation was weighted 60% on commercial and 40% on technical. Out of the bids received, 2D attained the highest combined score for the commerical and technical areas.Enabling works are required in advance of the construction of a new timber-framed Haematology Unit, to be erected in Jubilee Courtyard. The enabling works comprise clearing the site to provide access for construction of the new unit. The works include the removal of the tensile fabric structure, including stairs and structural support plates.
