Description

The object of this tender is to purchase such “time stacks” i.e. a signal variation through time (temporal axis) either as a product in itself or through the access to a portal which allows extraction of the information for further use. The objective of this procurement is to provide access to such “time stacks” more specifically a time series of observations for individual parcels where sentinels are ineffective for the CAP controls by monitoring. Each individual parcel will be represented by an ordered series of eight point coordinates, spread within the parcel. The scenario is considering 10 000 parcels to be monitored.
