The Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte (the «Oeuvre») is a public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of State. The Oeuvre assumes an eminent role in the organization and financing of projects serving the general interest (philanthropy) in Luxembourg. The objective of the present procurement is to award 2-3 mandates for discretionary asset management services for Balanced Portfolios.
