Description

The purpose of the works is to strip the "built-up" type industrial sheeting/insulation system from the roof and sides of the Grimsby Institute's Brick Shop building and replace with an insulated composite industrial sheeting system. Please refer to the roof and wall cladding specification document linked with this tender document. The block is approximately half brickwork and half cladding. The works extent is to remove and replace all wall cladding, roof cladding and replace as per specification document.
