Vacancy Campaign Management

Description

The Senedd has a requirement for the provision of an Executive Search company to work in partnership with the Senedd Commission (HR, Chief Executive and Clerk and Senior Leadership team) to conduct open, transparent, and diverse recruitment campaigns to appoint Executive level positions including Public and Crown Appointments. The responsibility for appointing into these various role's rests with the Senedd and Senedd Commission, and by Her Majesty, on the nomination of the Senedd for Crown appointments. Not all roles will require the assistance of an Executive Search Agency, however in the instance where there is a requirement, there will be provision in place to allow us to utilise and call upon those services. The contract will be for a 4 year period. Exact requirements will be called off on an as and when basis.
