Catering Suppliers for Business Workshops & Presentations across Cheshire and Warrington

The Cheshire & Warrington Growth Hub (operated by Blue Orchid Enterprise Solutions Ltd) is in the process of completing a final application for the provision of the “Cheshire & Warrington Growth Hub and Grant Service”, a new ERDF programme to commence in the autumn/winter of 2015/16. The service comprises a range of business advisory and grant awarding services to growth SMEs, including provision of business development and awareness raising workshops. To meet the needs of this service, the Growth Hub is looking for quotes from multiple off-site/delivery catering suppliers for the Cheshire & Warrington area to provider off-site catering at of venues to 2018. The type and number of workshops is still to be confirmed however we would expect to deliver approximately 20-30 workshops across the Cheshire & Warrington each year aimed at small to medium sized businesses. This tender seeks caterers to provide lunch only for clients to be delivered to a range of sites across Cheshire and Warrington. It is likely a number of caterers will be approved as suppliers for future quotation for each event as they arise. Suitable/interested venues will need to be able to provide the following: 1. Preparation and on-site delivery of cold sandwich lunches (paper napkins and plates) with seasonal fruit for attendees, with each individual order ranging from between 10 to 30 people. 2. Appropriate health & safety, storage, delivery and hygiene procedures/certifications. 3. Ability to provide a range of foods, but typically sandwiches recognising such needs as vegetarian, halal and kosher food requirements. 4. Ability to deliver across various sites at short notice across Cheshire & Warrington. 5. The minimum order will be 10 people per event. The average can be expected at 20, but higher on some occasions.
