<p>Wiltshire Councils Housing Property Services team are responsible for the condition and safe use of all assets in its Housing Portfolio. The Service Provider will programme, co-ordinate and carry out the repairs, renewals, replacements, improvement etc including any preparation works and resident liaison to ensure the works meet the required Building Regulations, HSE Guidance, ACOP and all other industry specific certifications and general good workmanship practices. The Service Provider will ensure that the works are programmed in such a way that the works are evenly distributed across the authority throughout the year. The works will be carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the industry requirements. The Service Provider will record the carbon footprint of the ordered works and recommend alternative options for the Client’s considerations that could reduce the carbon footprint and provide environmental benefits.</p> Keywords: Planned, Reactive, Maintenance
