First Wessex seek Contractors to enter into a Long Term Agreement for Minor Works to include the following categories which will be divided into lots for this tender; Lot 1 Brickwork, Lot 2 Damp Proofing, Lot 3 Drainage, Lot 4 Groundworks, Lot 5 Hard Landscaping, Lot 6 Metal Work, Lot 7 Roofing. Contractors may apply for one or more lots. Please register your interest and click intent to respond to read the full Specification. Contractors will be asked to complete pricing matrices on their chosen lots using the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates along with completing relevant capability questions and Health and Safety Documentation. The initial values of the contract are a budget estimate due to the contract being based on SOR's.
