Description
The University of Leicester is seeking proposals from suitably qualified, fully trained companies to maintain and repair existing Building Management Systems (BMS) throughout the University. The University currently has Schneider Sigma and Struxureware, Trend and KNX systems. The predominant system is Schneider throughout most of its premises which it continues to upgrade and expand on the non-residential estate. The requirement is split into 5 lots. Lot 1: Intelligent Maintenance for Building Advisor (Building Analytics) Buildings Currently Building Analytics (BA) is installed in 15 buildings on our estate. The service provider will need to analyse the BA data and reports to formulate a maintenance schedule which is proportionate to the issues identified. They will also need to provide the PPM visits. An initial provision of four days per month is required to interpret the BA reports and resolve issues that are resolvable remotely, if appropriate. This lot does not include the provision of the BA software or is it for the Bureau service, these are purchased separately. Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/4XKA7E5MAN Lot 2: Traditional planned maintenance of Sigma & Struxureware systems (not required for buildings covered by Lot 1) with a Bureau Service This lot is for the maintenance of the Sigma and StruxureWaresystems and a bureau service. The supplier needs to be able to provide a repairs and reactive call-out service but the University is not committed to use the supplier for this as it has some in-house resource. Lot 3: Maintenance of Trend system This lot is for the maintenance of the Trend system. The supplier needs to be able to provide a repairs and reactive call-out service but the University is not committed to use the supplier for this as it has some in-house resource. Lot 4: Maintenance of KNX system This lot is for the maintenance of the KNX system. The supplier needs to be able to provide a repairs and reactive call-out service but the University is not committed to use the supplier for this as it has some in-house resource. Lot 5: One-stop-shop This as a combined bid and will prevent the need for separate contracts (Lots 1-4). The supplier will need to be able to provide all services for the intelligent maintenance for the Building Advisor buildings, planned maintenance of the Sigma and StruxureWare, maintenance of Trend and maintenance of KNX systems.
