Description

The Norwegian Health Directorate will enter into a contract with one tenderer for the delivery of an internet assisted tool (coping tool for better mental health), which is relevant for the inhabitants who are in the target group for receiving an offer for Quick Mental Health Help (RPH) in municipalities. The procured tool must be efficient for inhabitants with easy to moderate symptoms of 1) anxiety, 2) depression, 3) sleeping difficulties, and 4) stress. Inhabitants will use the tool with guidance from mainly three treatment groups: 1) Health/social care education at bachelor level, with further education in cognitive therapy; 2) Psychologists; and 3) GPs. The tool must be registered and searchable in the tool catalogue on helsenorge.no. The tool will be used for a pilot in up to 20 municipalities. The tool will be tested for a two (2) year period, with an option for the contracting authority for a further one (1) year.
