Community Pharmacies within the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees have been contracted to deliver up to six Public Health service contracts within the boundaries of the Borough. Applicable services include: (Dispensing only) Stop Smoking Service - Introductory Level Healthy Start Vitamins (HSVCP) Needle Exchange/ Harm Minimisation Service Stop Smoking Service (Standard) Supervised Self-Administration of Methadone, Buprenorphine and Suboxone® for the treatment of Drug Misuse C Card Registration and Supply Service Keywords: smoking cessation, drug recovery, harm management, health promotion, sexual health, Public health
