The contest is limited to companies where the majority of the involved employees are disabled and the nature or extent of their disabilities imply that the employees cannot work on ordinary terms, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 3-12. The services include minor assignments such as joinery assignment, demolition, painting, tree felling, removals, help with fixtures (hanging up shelves, hooks, etc.), repairs, maintenance and joinery work on furniture and interior, snow clearing/gritting, preparatory work for major work, temporary storage of furniture and equipment. Handling, transporting and delivering waste. The list is not complete. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer.
