Nottinghamshire County council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) via Liberty Leisure Limited is looking for a café provider to operate a café in the new Stapleford Community Pavilion via a lease agreement. The lease will allow the café provider to occupy and operate the café for 5 years with service provision to start in Autumn 2025. The Council’s vision for the café is a simple but select operation that will complement and enhance the activities within Stapleford Community Pavilion, as well as being attractive as a standalone destination. Simply put, a coffee shop operation offering a range of interesting, quality, and nutritious food and beverages, including but not limited to, cakes, snacks and lunch meals, such as paninis, jacket potatoes etc. Keywords: Restaurant, Catering, Cafe, Refreshment
