Finnøy helse- og omsorgssenter [Finnøy Health and Care Centre]

Stavanger kommune [Stavanger Municipality], c/o avdeling Utbygging [the Development Department] will hold a contest for development of Finnøy helse og omsorgssenter [Finnøy Health and Care Centre] The new building will have 20 nursing home places, premises for physiotherapy, day centre, cafe and various rooms for the administration. In the existing nursing home building the kitchen will be renovated, some areas will be adapted to the new development and to the south areas will be rehabilitated to district nursing. The new building amounts to approx. 3,400 m2. Renovation of 1,000 m2 and some larger spaces for full sprinkling of the existing buildings. Lot 1: E01- Ground work Finnøy Health and Care Centre The contract includes excavation, blasting, W&S works, ditches for cabling, works with roads. Erection and operation of barracks/site offices and the principal undertaking for the first part of the project. Principal undertaking part 1. Lot 2: E02- Concrete and steel Finnøy Health and Care Centre The work includes erection of a new building in stage 1 including fire insulation, radon membrane etc. Stage 2 and 3 include demolition, concrete sawing, various slitting and lifting of floors etc. Principal undertaking in accordance with the progress plan. Lot 3: E03- Carpentry Finnøy Health and Care Centre Carpentry and fitting out The works include all external and internal carpentry work, fixed furnishing including white goods, sun-screening, some smithing, principal undertaking for the project from the start of carpentry works and until the end of the project. Lot 4: E04- Roofing Finnøy Health and Care Centre Roofing including sedum, insulation etc. See the tender documentation and annexes for a more detailed description. Lot 5: E06- Masonry and tiles Finnøy Health and Care Centre Masonry and tiles. Brackets, setting angles, supplier design of angles/brackets and, fastenings/binders for overhangs. Lot 6: E07- Painting and flooring Finnøy Health and Care Centre Painting work Surface treatment with wall vinyl etc. Floor laying work including levelling and any filling. Lot 7: E08- Glass and aluminium Finnøy Health and Care Centre Glass and aluminium Windows, doors, glass ceiling breezeway, gutters and fittings in accordance with description. Lot 8: E09- Commercial kitchen Finnøy Health and Care Centre Delivery of equipment to commercial kitchen including fridge and freezer rooms. Also delivery to other rooms such as day centre kitchen, laundry, rinsing room, broom cupboard etc. See the tender documentation and annexes for a more detailed description. Lot 9: E11- Ventilation Finnøy Health and Care Centre New ventilation system in new building. Nye ventilation system in the existing nursing home and consequent adjustment of channel network and valves. Lot 10: E12- Pipes and sprinklers Finnøy Health and Care Centre Complete pipe and sprinkler system in new building. Drains, roof water, radon-pipe/well. Complete pipe and sprinkler system in level U nursing home. Sprinkler system in all floors in the existing nursing home and the existing care home. Lot 11: E13- Fireproofing Finnøy Health and Care Centre Fire and soundproofing of bushings in accordance with the description. Concerns all three construction stages. See the tender documentation and annexes for a more detailed description. Lot 12: E14- Electricity Finnøy Health and Care Centre Complete electro technical system in new building. For each stage this include electricity, low-voltage electricity, access control, locks and fittings. New main board with new conduits from Lyse in the existing care centre. New system in parts of the first floor. Also minor changes. New main board with new conduits from the main board in the new building. Lot 13: E16- Automatic Central Control and Operating System Finnøy Health and Care Centre Automatic Central Control and Operating System Complete Central Control and Operating System for all the buildings. Equipment for air-treatment, heating system, light control etc. The coordinating technical services for optimal operation and control.
