Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Water Coolers & Associated Consumables

the proposed framework agreement of, including but not limited to, the supply, delivery, installation, sanitisation and maintenance of water coolers and associated consumables. The framework agreement is anticipated to run for an initial 26 months with the option to extend for up to one further 12 month periods Lot 1: Bottled Water Coolers and Associated Products (including installation) This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure and/or lease bottled water coolers (approximately 11 and 19 litres) including the supply, delivery and installation of these coolers. Associated products are also covered, including bottled water, cups and racks for storing bottled water Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition (or any competition in relation to any lot) if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 2: Plumbed-In Water Coolers (including installation) This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure and/or lease plumbed in water coolers including the supply, delivery and installation of the coolers. Lot 3: Sanitisation and Maintenance of Bottled and Plumbed-In Water Coolers This lot is intended to set up an arrangement whereby the contracting authorities entitled to purchase under the proposed framework agreement can procure the sanitisation and maintenance of bottled and plumbed-in water coolers.
