Voluntary Ex-ante Transparency Notice — Collaboration Contract with Nord University

Bodø2024 IKS intends to enter into a collaboration contract with Nord University that will cover the obligations that Bodø2024 has for the evaluation of the culture capital project in Bodø 2024. Lot 1: The culture capital project's organisation (Bodø2024) is, according to the EU guidelines, responsible for evaluating the project. In order to ensure an independent evaluation, Nord University will have the professional responsibility via this contract for implementation in accordance with the guidelines — 'Guidelines for the cities' own evaluations of the results of their ECOC'. The work must be carried out in accordance with good research practice. The research must be source based, comply with the guidelines, quality assured, and independent. Nord university is free to choose the project organisation, research methods, structure, and perspective, as well as the limitations of the evaluation project. The results of the work will be made public. The contract has a limit of NOK 12 000 000, with Nord University and Bodø2024 contributing 50 % each. The results from the project will not be owned by any of the parties, but will be publicly available.
