Bromley Out of Hours Primary Care Home Visiting (OOHPCHV) Service

Description

NHS SEL ICB (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") sought to procure Bromley Out of Hours Primary Care Home Visiting (OOHPCHV) services ("the Services") via a Competitive Process in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (as amended) (PSR). This is a PSR Confirmation of Abandonment Notice. For avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Lot 1: The Procurement was managed by the NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) hosted by NEL ICB, on behalf of the Authority. The Authority is due to undergo a programme review of out of hours services which may include this home visiting service. The complexity of implementing a new service model within the required timeframes has indicated that the Authority will need more time to work closely with partners. A decision has therefore been made to abandon the Bromley Out of Hours Primary Care Home Visiting (OOHPCHV) Service procurement and not to award a contract pursuant to this procurement due to the reasons stated above.
