Description

Procurement of additional Cisco network switches, associated professional services, and extended maintenance to support COPFS LAN infrastructure requirements through the existing RM6098 framework. Lot 1: This is a contract award notice for a call‑off under the CCS RM6098 Technology Products & Associated Services 2 Framework for the provision of LAN Refresh and Data Services for COPFS. The original call‑off, awarded in March 2024, covered the supply of Cisco network hardware, associated licences, professional services for installation, and Year 1 maintenance. Following implementation, additional operational requirements resulted in two variations: (1) the purchase of additional Cisco Catalyst switches and supporting professional services to accommodate office moves at Ballater Street, and (2) the extension of maintenance services for Years 2 and 3 (2025–2027) to ensure continued support, break‑fix cover and software entitlement. A contingency has also been included to cover any further requirements within the contract period up to March 2027
