United Learning seeks to introduce a new Framework Agreement for the Procurement and Supply of Mains Gas and ElectricityThe framework agreement will provide multiple Lots to deliver fixed or flexible Gas and Electricity contracts, with an intended commencement date of 15th February 2024.
