PIN Green Public Procurement for Fresh, Frozen, Dried/Ambient Food Product 1.1 The Health Service Executive (“HSE”) wishes to notify interested suppliers of food and catering services of proposed changes to its procurement criteria, specifications and performance conditions (“GPP Criteria”) being introduced to ensure EU and Irish emissions targets can be met. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (“PIN”) and market consultation is to ensure interested suppliers have an opportunity to provide feedback and prepare themselves for the HSE’s upcoming requirements.
