In Kent, there is a significant number of staff who will require Attachment and Parent Infant Relationships (PIR) training across the joint workforces. We would like to purchase training for a minimum of 235 delegates. The Association for Infant Mental Health (AIMH) Competencies Framework AIMH IMHCF Framework includes raising the standards of care for families by supporting all staff to optimize their learning and skills. The Infant Mental Health Competency Framework (IMHCF) lists a number of competencies over three levels. 1) General knowledge and skills 2) Advanced knowledge and skills 3) The knowledge and skills required to supervise and manage Kent County Council are looking for a provider who is expected to deliver Level 2 (Advanced Knowledge and Skills) Training on Parent Infant Relationships according to the AIMH Competencies Framework. It is expected that delegates would have already achieved Level 1 IMH training (in attachment/caregiver-infant relationships), which is delivered by a commissioned provider. It is expected that delegates that complete the training would then work towards submitting a portfolio to enter onto the IMH Recognition register. Fees for registration not included in this quotation. It is expected that the practitioners delivering the training would be registered on the AiMH UK IMH Recognition Register.
