Description

The local authorities in the County of Devon (including the Unitary Authorities of Plymouth and Torbay), working with Arts Council England, are seeking to gain a better understanding of the cultural and creative assets within Devon and their importance to the local communities, the cultural infrastructure of the area and place. They are also keen to understand and explore sustainable options to ensure that culture, heritage, creativity and arts, and the assets that are used to deliver this, are protected and enhanced through the local government reorganisation process. We are seeking an experienced consultant with real world knowledge and experience of local government reorganisation and these industries to support us in this work.
